Scientific interest: My research interest is to investigate the role of microRNA of root endophytic fungus Serendipita indica when colonized with plant under phosphate starvation condition by RNA-Seq method. This study will lead a comprehensive understanding of gene regulation during phosphate starvation in S. indica and will provide a better insight into molecular mechanism by which S. indica adapts to low phosphate availability.
